Remote help..
Many problems can also be solved by a 'Remote Assistance' session. You don't have to leave the house and neither do we. This saves the call-out costs and in most cases you are helped immediately!
(Maybe unnecessary) Note: With Remote Assistance we depend on your and our internet connection. If you have problems with this, we probably can't help you in this way.

For Remote Assistance we use the Teamviewer program. This is one of the market leaders in this field.
The connection to you is secured by a Session number (ID) and a password. These are generated per session by the program. At the start of the session we will ask for this and when you have passed it on we can watch with you and operate your computer. During the session we will of course also explain by phone what we are doing for you.
At the end of the session you can close the program (cross at the top right). If Teamviewer is not restarted immediately, for example because Windows has to be restarted during the session, the password will first be changed and after a while also the Session ID number.
In this way, unauthorized/unwanted access is prevented.
