Some activities are more suitable for a visit on location

Problems with your Internet/Wi-Fi connection are best handled at your location. Also, some printer problems do not really lend themselves to a visit to our store and remote assistance sometimes does not deliver the desired result.

It may also be nice if we physically sit behind the computer with you, for example to complete a questionnaire.

​

In that case, we will be happy to make an appointment with you on location (at home or at the office).

The costs for such a visit are:
